Employees can join the system and get automatically activated using their employee email. Once activated, they can unlock bikes in 2 clicks using the App and quickly be on their way. Bikes can be used for both recreation and transportation. How can our employees access the bicycles?Employees install the On Bike Share App on their phone, join your system and accept the waiver. Once activated, they can unlock and ride bikes anytime within the operating hours you set. Is On Bike Share suitable for all corporate campuses?An On Bike Share system is ideal for campuses where employees regularly go from one building to another using a vehicle or walking, or campuses where employees use cars to visit nearby shopping and dining that is eaually accessible by bike. How are the bikes maintained?It's your choice. If you have an on-site facilities or maintenance team, they can maintain the bicycles using the tools we provide and the library of videos available on our Customer Resources Site. Alternatively, we offer on-site bike maintenance plans that include monthly on-site service visits to inspect, tune-up and service bikes. All maintenance is recorded so you have a log of all work being done. How do we promote On Bike Share adoption among employees?You can make bikes part of your health & wellness initiatives by encouraging employees to use bikes instead of cars for trips of less than 2 miles. You can also place bikes in locations that make it more convenient to use a bike than to use a car.
