How are the bikes maintained?It's your choice. If you have an on-site facilities or maintenance team, they can maintain the bicycles using the tools we provide and the library of videos available on our Customer Resources Site. Alternatively, we offer on-site bike maintenance plans that include monthly on-site service visits to inspect, tune-up and service bikes. All maintenance is recorded so you have a log of all work being done.
